How do I create a new habit?
Tap the "+" button at the bottom of the home screen, choose an emoji, enter a title, and optionally select an audio reward for when you complete the habit.
How do audio rewards work?
When you complete a habit, your chosen audio reward will play automatically (unless you're in sleep hours with mute enabled). You can record your own voice, upload audio files, or use text-to-speech for motivational messages.
What happens if I miss a day?
Your streak will reset, but don't worry! The app tracks all your completed dates, so you can see your overall progress. Consistency is more important than perfection.
How do I edit or delete a habit?
Long-press on any habit card to edit it. You can also delete habits from the edit screen.
Can I customize the app theme?
Yes! Go to Settings and choose between Auto (follows system), Light, or Dark theme. The app features beautiful time-based gradients that change throughout the day.
What is Sleep Mode?
Sleep Mode allows you to set hours when audio rewards will be automatically muted. Enable it in Settings and customize your sleep start and end times.
